There are several options for participants of the IENE 2024 Conference to choose from accommodation possibilities. The most cheapest and more closest option is to book a room in students dormitories directly on the university campus. Two different categories of rooms will be offered - CZU Campus Hotel** and CZU Hostel type rooms (students dormitories). The accommodation in Hotel Elio Garni *** will be also possible. The booking of above mentioned rooms will be possible throuh your IENE 2024 Conference account already during March. The accommodation capacity of the students dormitories should be sufficient for all conference participants. For more demanding clientele, we recommend accommodation at the Hotel International, which is also a compromise between the distance between the Conference venue and the Prague city center.

CZU Dormitories

The main accommodation for IENE participants will be provided in the on-campus student dormitories with approximately 500 beds in two different room types. The dormitories are only a 5 minute walk from the Congress venue. The booking of rooms will be possible throuh your IENE 2024 Conference account already during March.

CZU Hostel Type

These are simply furnished suites with two double rooms. The two rooms share a bathroom (with shower) but have separate entrances. Bed linen and a small towel are provided. Each room comes with free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, electric hotplate and a small fridge.

CZU Campus Hotel **

The CZU Campus Hostel is situated only a 5 minute walk from the Conference venue. These are single or double rooms with twin beds. The rooms have their own bathroom (with shower). Bedding and a small towel are provided. Each room comes with free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, electric hotplate and a small fridge.

Hotel Elio Garni ***

Hotel Elio Garni is a small hotel, which is a part of Training center for state veterinary administration. The hotel provides comfortable accommodation with a range of ancillary services. In addition to the reception desk, the ground floor of the hotel has a cosy dining room; in the front garden by the entrance there is a charming park with a skittle ground and an outdoor chess board. The reception desk is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast is included. There is a free baggage storage, free parking, Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel area. The hotel is situated only a 10 minute walk from the Conference venue.

Hotel Carl-Inn ****

A family-friendly hotel located outside of the Campus CZU and just a 10-minute walk to the congress venue. A buffet breakfast is included. The hotel offers its guests all the latest comforts in 16 modern furnished double rooms (an extra bed is optional) and two four-bedded rooms and one room with access for disabled people. Each room has satellite television, direct dial telephone, kettle and a selection of warm drinks and en-suite facilities including a WC, shower and hair dryer. There is a restaurant with a summer garden providing Czech and Italian cuisine, a bar and a small grocery shop and car parking.

Hotel International ****

The congress venue - the Campus of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (CZU) is just 10 minutes by bus + 5–minute walk from congress venue, direct line, from the hotel. There is a bus stop (bus nr. 107 and 147) in front of the hotel – bus stop „Čínská“. Hotel International Prague is included on the list of cultural monuments and is located in a quiet residential area in Prague 6. Václav Havel airport is a 20 minute drive away by car, and you can take a pleasant walk to Prague Castle in just ten minutes. The hotel offers 278 fully air-conditioned rooms in the categories Standard, Superior, Business Superior, Executive and Suite.

Standard rooms

A room with a double bed or twin beds and an area of 20–22 m². There are 193 rooms in the Standard category and two additional rooms with wheelchair access. The rooms have a classic design characterized by warm colours and are equipped with air-conditioning, a separate bathroom with a shower cubicle or a bath, a hairdryer, telephone, and satellite TV with international channels. The hotel follows high standards of cleaning, including intensive cleaning of all public areas every 2 hours, disinfection of rooms with quartz lamps, the usage of professional cleaning products with high antimicrobial activity. This is only a small part of the measures taken for the safety of our guests. A buffet breakfast is included.
