Registration

Registration and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form after you have created a user IENE 2024 account.

Please note that registrations will be effective only after receiving the total amount of registration fee payable by bank transfer or by credit card. 

Individual items such as field trips, accompanying persons, training courses and conference dinner can be ordered and paid separately even after the payment of registration fee. However, all reservations are still valid only after their payment.

Registration fee for in-person participation includes:

- attendance to all sessions

- electronic congress materials (including a book of abstracts)

- coffee break refreshments

- lunches

- admission to the Welcome Reception on Monday, Sept 9, 2024

Not included in conference fee:

- travel and accommodation costs

- travel insurance

Please note that participation in this conference is at your own expense and risk.

Registration fee for online remote participation includes:

- live streaming of all plenary sessions, with retroactive availability till the end of the year 2024

- live streaming of all parallel sessions throughout the conference, with retroactive availability till the end of the year 2024

- live streaming of Welcome and closing ceremony

- access to electronic posters

- electronic conference material (Abstract book, Programme book)

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

- an admission to the Welcome Reception on Monday, Sept 9 2024

- lunches

- possibility to buy a ticket for a field excursion or conference dinner

Accompanying persons do not have access to parallel sessions. Accompanying persons may accompany registered participants on field excursions and the conference dinner by purchasing the appropriate ticket. If the accompanying person has any dietary requirements, please include them in the notes. 

Children are not considered as accompanying persons and are free of charge (free access to Welcome reception). Children may accompany registered participants on field excursions and the conference dinner by purchasing the appropriate ticket (possible discounts after agreement with the conference secretariat upon individual request).
